May 7, 2016 took there was a charity concert for children of Odesa, organized by church schools, and the National University of Odesa Law Academy. Children with disabilities of Odessa of various special educational institutions of Odessa were invited at the concert with the assistance of the Odessa branch of Ukrainian public organization of handicapped “Advocacy Association of Disabled”.

Dear veterans, participants of the World War II, workers of rear land!
These days, together with Europe and the whole world, we celebrate the Day of Memory and Reconciliation and honor the courageous dedication of those who 71 years ago attained victory of anti-Hitler coalition in the World War II.
We are in an irredeemable debt to the sons and daughters of Ukraine, whose youth was brutally put down by the war. We bow low to the act of bravery of those who saved the world from Nazism enslavement by cost of their lives, showing unprecedented heroism, courage and bravery.

On May 5, 2016 a seminar devoted to the practical implementation of the Program “The right to a fair trial of Disabled”, approved by the Judicial Council Decision of Ukraine number 54 on June 5, 2016 was held in the premises of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, which partners are the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, The Judicial Council of Ukraine and Ukrainian public organization of handicapped “Advocacy Association of Disabled”.

Pre-Easter events for children with special needs
Before Easter, on April 29, at the request of UPOH “Advocacy Association of Disabled” the directorate of Cinema City provided an opportunity for children with disabilities from of Odesa to visit a cartoon “Jungle Book”. Special children of Odesa received this unusual holiday gift.
Happy Palms 2016
On April 28th NNGO “Human Rights Union of People with Disabilities” took part in a charity auction “Happy Palms”. It was organized not only to support orphans in Ukraine, to find out about their problems and creativity, but also as a reminder to the society that we are responsible for raising new, successful generation.
30 years since the day of the Chornobyl tragedy
International Day of Remembrance of Chornobyl is marked again on April 26 in Ukraine and around the world.
In 2016 comes the anniversary of 30 years since the day of the tragedy, which had left great human and environmental consequences for the planet and humanity.
Performance “Chippolino” in opera house on the opinion of 11 years old Valeriia – handicapped girl from Odessa boarding school
“My name is Valeriia, I’m 11 years old, I study at Odessa boarding school. I liked play “Chippolino” and opera house very much, everything was golden there. I saw such a beauty for the first time.
Most of all, I liked dresses the actresses were worn in, their dances and decorations of the scene. I enjoyed what I saw. I want to visit such places more often”.
Children with special needs from Kyiv visited performance in National Academic Drama Theater of Ivan Franko “Mother said no”
On 24th of April on the feast day of St. Palm Sunday, pupils of Kyiv boarding schools for children with special needs with support of Ukrainian public organization of handicapped “Advocacy Association of Disabled” and leadership of National Academic Drama Theater of Ivan Franko, had an opportunity to visit wonderful play for children “Mother said no”, where music background was written by the people’s artist of Ukraine Mariia Burmaka. Children will remember this creative play, high-level skills, perfect actors’ play, bright costumes and professional, unusual music background. It will become creative impetus in realization of children’s creative ideas. Kids liked the play very much and showed the desire to visit theatre performances more often.
